Char-Broil, LLC Poor Quality & Terrible Warranty Nationwide
We bought a Charbroil Grill, Model #463741209 in Feb, 09. In June 2009 (after approx 8 uses) a tire split and went flat. Charbroil's Warranty is good for One Year, BUT the customer must pay shipping. The tire retails for about $3.50, Charbroil charges nearly $9 for shipping. Two weeks later a second tire split and went flat.
Our previous Charbroil lasted 15 years and we would still have it except we left it behind in a move. The original tires still roll. The new tires are very cheap plastic.. another company that has discovered how to make products cheaper instead of better...
