When shipment arrived from storage, a Concept2 exercise machine had been disassembled somewhere after loading in NY and
unloading in TX. Electrical connections, bolts, computer items were missing. Charles, from NJ office, not responding adequately to emails, stating that Moovers did not disassemble and not responsible. "He said, she said situation". I paid for insurance and puttling in claim is not getting a response. http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/moovers.aspx....maybe small claims court is the next option.

Diane, if you are still working for Moover's,  http://www.movingscam.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=147212#147212  follow up on this as there are numerous unfavorable reports on ripoff.com concerning Moover's ignoring insurance claims http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/moovers.aspx.....shame......I even tipped total $350 on top of $500 storage/handling charges.....I hope that driver actually distributed all to loaders, who, btw, could not read item numbers properly, so much so that driver, to speed things up, was marking items off, without checking with me. A conflict of interest for sure....

Shall keep you apprised as to result of claim. Diane, do your "volunteer" thing with Moovers to rectify insurance claims being ignored.

I have used Moovers for two of my moves. My first move was from NJ to San Diego and my estimator was Charles Williams on the East Coast. He was extremely professional and helpful. I was very stressed and he set my mind at ease. I was so happy with the service from Mr. Williams and all the movers. They were fast, efficient, and understanding as to my worries. MY 2nd move was from San Diego back to NJ where i again dealt with the NJ office to schedule my delivery and again Charles was more then understanding and helped to accommodate my move.

I NEVER expected such personal and reliable service from a moving company. Nothing was broken or missing. They check & double check their work so i am not sure how anything could go missing. I have recommended Moovers to my family & friends. My uncle and Co Worker have both since used Moovers and they were both happy with the work of the company and the estimate & personal service of Charles Williams. I will 100% use them again if i had to move again, lets hope i don't since moving is not my favorite thing to do!
