I wanted to make everyone aware of my transaction with Charlies Project.
When you first find their site and read about the mission you are taken in, you see vibrant pictures of a little boy and a great cause that you want to help. Then you read a little bit more on what they offer and you see fun designs, an cute patten for a holiday gift or on our case DOGS on Leggings!
So you whip out your credit card and place the order - knowing full well that your order will be shipped in about 15 days as these are a pre-order with a future ship date. So you wait by the mailbox and wait and wait and wait. Then you start to hear about other people who are waiting and it gets worse from there. You see so many people who have been waiting much longer and nothing
They are currently working with 4-5 different email addresses none of which are being responded to - once you ask the question on social media about your order and where it might be - you are blocked or black listed with yet no responses. I had no choice but to file with my credit card company and wait for the charge back. So I am out a gift, out the time, have the headache and I think I got scammed but i know for sure i got blacklisted.
However if you are one of the lucky ones who has not been blacklisted yet - we have noticed they are giving away leggings on their Facebook groups, now these are legging that people who ordered them months ago are still waiting for.

Our company responds to all emails, and has rectified any missing orders. Due to shipping issues with our previous shipper we have refunded orders not shipped or lost. As per our company policy we do not respond to emails with threats or vulagrity. Also any facebook posts written on our personal group page in the same manner will be deleted & removed. The facebook group is invitiation only and we reserve the right to remove members who behave in a abusive or vulgar manner or spam our group page or posts. We believe its abusive to those who have volunteered their time to help and against our charitiable purposes. Thank you again and we hope your issue has been rectified.
