I have been paying for Chase Payment Protector (CPP) for over 2 years. I have more than one account with limits of 20K+. I now need to use the plan, but I'm fearful about the do's & don't for submiting a claim. When I
speak to Chase or CPP I feel I'm being setup by their questions and attitude.
I have had all my accounts for over 10 years with Chase with balances any where from paid in full to the limit depending on the time of year and my cash flow. I have been paying huge money for my CPP, which I have paid in good faith for over 2 years. I have been living on my savings for the last six months hoping my job issues could be resolved. They can not. So, does this insurance work or not ?
