we had a chase bp account for over 6 years always paid on time with no interest ever accured, with no problems ever. with every purchase made we would have a very good rebate and would always use that to pay for my husbands truck tag that was due every year. this past year we were planning on drawing that out when I called them they could not issue rebate and said they were closing the account with no explaination why. We lost over $500 in our rebate. they were willing for us to make the last payment with the account closed and that would still have the suppossed rebate over $600, but would not issue us anything. they are still offering those same cards out there today for everyone. now they want us to open a business account with an annual fee but still will not offer rebate as before. needless to say they dont deserve anyones business if there only plan is rip off peoples money. please read the print. truckers need to be made aware
