We retained Chasemax, Inc to collect monies from our client last 02/28/08, they received a partial payment in March, because of their "accounting" system, our check did not made the cut for the April reimbursment & they promised us they would sent the payment in May 15, 2008 it has been 2 months and they continue claiming the check was mailed.
After several phone calls I contacted Dave Chase (the owner) who told me today 07/11/08 he was going to fax me "everything" when asked about the check he hang up on me, assuming I "got disconnected" I called again, when talked to Dave again he had just F words for me, he told me he was going to put a stop on the check (the check "traveling" for 2 months now) and he will see me in court.
It is a shame having to find a collection agency that takes advantage of this matters to steal from companies.
Please do not get Ripoff!
