BE WARNED. This is about as bad a company as you would ever wish upon your worst enemy! They lure customers in with false bravado, and customer care. Once they recieve money from customer it quickly turns into a nightmare. They do not answer phone calls, if they do answer they do not return calls, and they will not respect or honor any deadline agreements. WORST of ALL is the craftmenship is deplorable. They will guarentee you your trailer will be able to pass any inspection...WRONG. The product we ended up with from Chasonys did not have sealed floors or walls, screws and bolts were random (some were the proper stainless steel variety, while most was cheap rust prone bolts and screws), kitchen design was not done to spec, welding of equipment was amateur at best using rust prone metals, gas lines had no accessible shut off valves and were not done properly, the hood was installed with unsafe electrical wires that were far from done to code, there was no ansel system, no fire prevention, and so on. BE WARNED. This company probably uses uncertified workers doing dangerous electrical installs. Owner is dishonest and short tempered. He does not stand by his work...he does terrible work, takes as much money as he can, and then runs. PLEASE BE WARNED. This is from a actual customer who was TOTALLY screwed. PLEASE IGNORE the good reviews...owner does false reviews and traps all over the web including google and EBAY. PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSLY! STAY AWAY from CHASONY'S.

CONCESSION TRAILER! I bought my first rig from Chasonys and it was a sweet
dealserved me well for a long time.

Pretty soon
now Im trading up to get their brand new 8.5X20 Champagne Trailer. Its gonna
be great Ill be the only one on the lot with this sleek colour I bet. Plus I
know the quality will be solid.

The agent I
dealt with the last time was a pleasure to work with. Hope I get him again, but
Im sure theyre all good people.

I bought my concession trailer from Chasonys. It was new and very well-maintained not to mention delivered on thee promised day. My friends have also bought trailers from there and I have not heard any one complain.

I have the invoice and you know who I am. 

I hate to take all this time to file these reports about you but recourse have you left me as you will not return my phone calls about the myriad problems with the rig you delivered, a month late no less? 

I am waiting patiently for your response to my calls, emails and faxes. 

If you are so stellar, please tell me why your own supplier of the trailers as stopped working with you due to the flood of dissatisfied buyers, like myself? They don't want to be tarnished with your shady dealings and habit of not following through with customer service and promises once you have the money in hand.

Do the right thing Tony Pearson, and I will gladly come back here and rectify this posting and let it reflect your true actions and intentions with your customers. 

Whoever this is has taken it upon themself to do something very malicious. This individual is not in our data base; nor was ever a customer of ours. This ridiculous person is not very smart. He/she made a visit to our site and are using the name of one of our staff members to post this very untrue statement about our company. We are guessing it maybe one of our competitors. We are a reputable company with an impeccable name. I would challenge this liar to provide proof of the accusations being made about our business and the owner.
