I was charged $619 for divorce papers div.com down loaded from a nonprit org for free.  From day one I told div.com I just moved to Tn. And asked if I had to be a resident for 6 months.  I was told on three separate occasions that I did not.  I started this divorce 07/29/2013.  I finally got someone to help me today 08/23/2013 with the 42 forms to fill out.  I made it to the court house after having papers noterized to find out I didn't have some needed and had some I didn't need.

 I was so distraught talking to a woman named Karen and crying and was told I was being too emotional and forget everything the other employees told me and listen to her only.  I told her I wanted a refund and I would hire an attorney and get this done in one day.  She said it can't be done that fast yet they advertise they do it.  My money is non refundable.  I had to borrow the money and now I can't do anything for Six months.  There is a lot more to the lies and I feel illegal things these people have done to me.  

I was told things from at least four different people on my divorce case and none of what I was told is a legal divorce.  On one form it is told pointers as to what to say and not to say to the court clerk at the time of filing the documents.  There is much more to say.....
