cheaphotels.com travelscape while trying to book a hotel room for 5 nights as i filled in all details and added all my bank details to pay the web page crashed for this hotel, and i didnt receive any confirmation on screen or in my e-mail, so i went through the process all again and the same thing happened, i thought it must be that particular hotl web page must be down in some way, so i then tried another hotel, and everything came up and a confirmation web page said thankyou your card has been charged and your hotel room has been booked, and a confirmation e-mail has been sent, texas Texas

 so i checked my e-mails, and to my horror found 3 payments had been taken, around 1800 dollars, well as soon as i had seen what had happened i sent an e-mail to cheaphotels,com and cancelled within a few minutes of seeing these e-mails, i rang the company up to see when they would put my money back into my account and they say its not there policy? well i explained that i did not get any confirmation at the time on web or e-mail and im stuck in dubai with no money, they more or less laughed in my face, and said ooh sorry to hear that but its not our policy to give a refund!! thisn has totally ruined me, im stuck in dubai not knowing what to do, as my accounts been drained by cheap hotels .com, akker travelscape, its no more than theft, the company should be shut down, they are a disgrace and if i can i will sue them for ruining me.

 As i wanted a hotel for 5 days in dubai i thought it would be a good idea to use cheap hotels .com, well as i had got 9 hrs to wait at rhihad airport, so i went onto there web site clicked on how many nights etc, so i clicked on the grand midwest hotel express in discovery garden, put all my details and then the pay page came up, as i clicked to pay the wholle page dissapeared and there was no confirmation on web or on e-mail, when this sort of thing has happened in the past to me i have had to re enter all my details and and repeat the process, i did this the same thing happened, no confirmation on web or e-mail, so im thinking that particular hotels web page has a problem, so i then decided to go for another hotel, still not received any confirmation so went ahead and booked 5 nights at the su ha city hotel in deeira city centre, everything went like clock work, i got the confimation on the web page immiediatly, it says your card has been charged for 583 dollars and to check for confirmation on your e-mail, so i did and to my horror found 3 lots of 600 dollars had been taken, 2 hotel orders for 5 nights at the grand midwest in discovery gardens, 1 x 5 nights at the su ha city hotel in deeira city centre, on seeing this i straight away e-mailed the company cheap hotels .com at reply@ian.com and then cancelled them within a few minutes of seeing all 3 confirmations  i cancelled 2 of them and left the one for su ha city hotel, i then tried to ring them couldnt get through, but eventually 2 days later i got through to speak to someone and although the grand midwest would not have even received my booking its not in there policy to refund any of my money, if thats not 100% theft then i just give up, this company needs stopping, im sure theres thousands of people that have donre the same as me.
