Check Resolution Service fraud,misrepresented themselves as a baking instuitution .. Kenmore New York

I was left a message on my answering machine From check resolution stating that they were contacting me before delivering a bench warrent for some financial deliquencies from my bank.

I contacted my bank .My bank called the number and said would only speak to me .I called and was told that my attorney handled it already .(note I never contacted an attorney ).I asked to speak to the woman who had called she wasnt in that office .He would not disclose what office she was in .. I asked for a federal Id and was asked "what is that??" Then told me they dont disclose that either.. I was then told that if I called his office again he would press charges against me for harrasment ..
