Chemical Financial And Trust Services, Nassau Bahamas Given bogus check to deposit to cover fees associated with winnings of $50,000, ripoff Nassau Bahamas

I've read a report on this website about a scam involving "Guta Financial Trust Services" (http://badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff215175.htm). I wanted to inform you about the EXACT SAME SCAM with a different name.

The scammers are now calling themselves "Chemical Financial and Trust Services". The letter I received is pretty much the same thing as is the letter associated with Guta, with some wording a little bit different.

The check I received appears to be a "Wachovia" check. I'm no expert on phony checks, but this check looks more official and has more security features present on the face of it than does my weekly paycheck.

Although this scam has been discussed here and several other places on the internet (search for Guta on google and you'll get many results relating to this scam) I wanted to bring to everyone's attention the fact that they are trying different names and using bogus checks from different banks now.

I tried searching for "Chemical Financial and Trust Services" and didn't find a single result relating to any scam. Along with that, the fact Wachovia is a name that everybody in the country seems to know and trust for the most part, could really lead alot of people to get scammed.

I'm hoping this information helps save someone's checking account, because I thank God I didn't see $$$ and go rushing to the bank!
