Chen Xin Qingdao Shenlan Trade Company I ordered on what I thought was an "outlet" for UGG boots website. It came off of Facebook page. I received a confirmation of my payment from the email given in this report and said that I would be charged $138.00, but may be more because they will take more charges for a foreign exchange rate. Which they did. They took a total of $149.33. I received the package and realized that it was from China. I became suspicious immediately. The two pair of boots weren't even in boxes. All smashed and of BAD quality. No receipt , no way to return them. I feel like an idiot. Behjing Internet

I saw what I thought was an outlet store for ugg boots.  It popped up on Facebook.  I ordered and received an email right away telling me that it was $138.00 but that they would take more than that for foreign exchange rate.  They took $149.33.

The package arrived from China.  I was suspicious right away.  They were not packed in boxes and came all crushed.  Very poor quality.  Right sizes.  But I needed to return because they aren't regular ugg boots and they run differently in size.  Very bad quality.  Cardboard sole.

Cannot find any invoice or information to return.  If anyone has any helpful information, please notify me.  Thanks.
