I went to the Chicago Theater website to buy tickets to Heartbeat of Home dance performance.  It appeared to be a legitimate website with a link to purchase tickets, short video clips of the performance, info about the performers, etc.  Tickets seemed expensive, but I don't go to the theater often so didn't know what to expect for costs.  The charge for 2 tickets was $384.  When I got the link to print my tickets, I noticed they appear to be from Ticketmaster, however my credit card was charged by Ticket Galaxy. 

After looking into these discrepancies, I found out that Chicago Theater is not affiliated with any real Chicago theatre companies, not licensed to sell tickets, or represent any venue or any production/performance.  The face value of my 2 tickets is $195 (according to Ticketmaster).  Chicago Theater is a scam that works in conjunction with Ticket Galaxy to price gouge customers.  STAY AWAY FROM CHICAGO-THEATER.COM!!!!!
