In June of 2014, I opened Susan's Tearoom next door to Children's Hair Studio on Wilcox Street in Castle Rock CO, 80104. The owners of the building where I leased a suite are Chris and Bernice who run the gift store, Rocky Mtn. Nuts & Fruits (or something similar) in the front of this strip mall. There is also a dog grooming salon business in the other suite.
In September of 2014, I learned that Isaac Turja and Mehgan Turja, former owners of Children's Hair Studio in Castle Rock CO had stolen my identity. They opened credit cards using my SS# and name as primary cardholder, making me liable for all they charged on numerous credit cards, some on my own personal cards also.
I had to pay back American Express over $14,000; Capital One over $5,000; Home Depot over $3,000; Bank of America over $3,000. The later two were my own charge cards that they applied charges to without my approval or knowledge. I also got a lawyer for a short time which cost over $1500.00. I had to cancel his services after Isaac Turja made phone calls to him that cost me charges from the lawyer for his time. (James R. Gordon, 303-220-7700; jgordon@jrgordonlaw.com.
They did not pay me the $11,000 promised for a Chevy Aveo (vin #KL1TD66E59B636476)which was in their possession as they were trying it out as a car for Mehgan. Isaac Turja told my lawyer I gave it to him as a gift which is absolutely false.
I had to close the tearoom in September 2014 after finding out this information. The landlords were nice enough to let me out of my year lease since they had a stained glass business owner looking to lease in the building. I lost income due to this. Spent money for a psychiatrist to overcome this but was too despondent to fight this until now. Also moved out of state since they "robbed" two years of my life and I didn't want to live. Please contact me about this. Their names are appearing on my e-mail accounts recently making me extremely fearful they are starting to do this again

First Susan Apodaca (Sunshine), you have told many lies in this story of yours. First, you were a part owner of Children's Hair Studio. I still have paper work of your initial investment. You never gave us your personal information. You did however give your informaiton to the two credit card companies that both you and my wife opened. This is why you couldn't get the credit card company to remove the charges or report it as fraud. You forget that you used both credit cards at your will. If you need copies of your signature call the bank. I also have a signed statement from you and my wife that you guys agreed on opening these accounts. You agreed to everything that was going on. Just because the business didn't work out, you can't go around claiming fraud. As for the car, once again, you seem to forget that you signed a bill of sale, and you signed the title over to my wife. Your dates that you listed are far from the truth. Some dates haven't even happened yet. We have talked with our lawyer about you many times and I have talked with yours. I told your lawyer he didn't have a case and I was willing to fight you in court. I have an abundance of proof, that you knew and participated in everything that was happening. Finially, you seeing a psychiatrist is not because of this, you told us that you see one to help you deal with your issues. In closing, we didn't do anything wrong to you. But what you are doing to us is against the law. If you don't remove your post about the absurd story, I will file a civil suit against you for slander. I will seek damages for each day this remains on this site. I know you live in Las Vegas and I will have you served at your home.
