CHKMATE*INSTANT CHECKMATE 866 490-5980 cancelled a 30 day trial @ $1.00 immediately and they charged me $169.99 & $22.86. did not order this charge to my credit card. what a ripoff. will contact my lawyer, LAS VEGAS Nevada

i applied for a 30 trial at a cost of $1.00 for a report. the report was not useful so i immediately cancelled the request.
i just received my bank statement and it has two applied charges from chkmate which i never did apply for. if i was disappointed with the $1.00 charge why would i want to spend $169.99 & $22.86 for additional info. i will report this info to the better business bureau. i shall also file a dispute claim via my bank against checkmate. the only amount i used on my credit card was the $1.00 transaction, not for the $169.99 & $22.86 charges. i do think elderly people should be able to file criminal charges against these companies.

I also ordered the trial .I got the report and it had no e of the info it said it would. WHAT S RIPOFF .Yhey charged me 3 x on 4/20/2015. 3 diffrent amounts of $1.99 22.68 and 19.99.After I pulled up repoRT I called to cancel that same day and said they would reverse my charges but that never happened. I used my bank card so I have proof.
