I was seeking a commercial lease and had the deal all but signed. Then the agent Chris Carney tried to renig and say someone else was offering more for the same space. This is after I had the leases already signed and was about to mail them off to be signed by Carneys flake boss. As it turned out there was no other party and the dirtball was playing games all along. Nevertheless I will never deal with this guy or Grubb Ellis another crappy company.
