then when he talks to his higher ups comes back with double the price. He doesnt even know his market pricing and has to check price and call you back. After several attempts to find commercial space I fired him and went with a competitor that did me right. He also doesnt return phone calls and shows up in a cash for clunker vehicle. This turkey is totally brain dead and has no authority to do anything concerning the properties he supposedly represents. I advice against using Grubb Ellis and this punk Chris Carney the wana be commercial real estate agent.

recently. I felt bad about taking peoples money and stealing from good people. I couldnt sleep and night and have since quit and gone into another line of business. I feel terrible and ask for forgiveness.
