As an energy consultant, I was assigned an agent by Constellation Energy. TriState Energy, out of Fort Wayne Indiana, owned by Chris Gandolfo. I should have known that I was going have problems when he never acknowledged our agreement by e-mail. He did however, give me his word that we had an agreement.
I put through 3 energy deals through him. I received one payment from him for one account but he still owes me for 5 months commission an that account and six months payments on the other 2 accounts. Luckily, I did not place any more business through him. Commissions owed to me total over $1,000. Other energy consults should steer clear of doing business with him and if I was a business looking for deregulated energy, I would be very suspitious about whether I was getting a good deal or not.

As of 12:30 Mon. Dec 8, 2008. The owner has contacted me to make things right. Chris stated that he is constantly on the road and some one else handles payments. Records are being researched with a promise to pay all arrears promptly. As long as this path is followed I will just call it a misunderstanding. Upon payment, I will make a final statement

It appears that Tri State Energy has been dissolved by the State of Indiana in March of 2008. Unless he has re incorporated under a new name, he would be misrepresenting himself. Tri State Energy address is 2822 Sanderling Dr, Fort Wayne Indiana
