If you are contacted by Christopher Bridwell or one of his many companies, 4MT Compliance or 4MT Terra Byte, beware! He is not to be trusted. He has taken advantage of many people.

There are a number of people who have succumbed to Christopher Bridwell's ramblings and promises of modification loans. He has you deposit money into an account under the guise that it is for the bank to see you will be able to make your payment. This, obviously, is not true; he is just taking your money and doing nothing.

He will claim that he is helping the FBI, CIA, etc. work on fraud and other scams, do not believe him, it is all a scam. He will ramble on and on about how wonderful he is and it is all a farce.

Watch out. Do not believe this man. He is a liar and a thief and will take you for everything he can, even if it is your last penny with no regard to how he may be hurting you.

4mt Compliance LLC. is A Financial Business Intelligence Agency and think tank registered in the state of Delaware nationally.

4MTCOMPLIANCE LLC.

4mt Compliance LLC. currently has offices in New York,Delaware,Saint louis,Colorado, and Caifornia.

After meeting with my corporate Attorney yesterday and begining the process of ucc fillings it is brings great Joy to annouce that 4mt Compliance LLC. is currently holding well over 4 trillion dollars in intellectual property and assets and has sucessfully helped over 16,000 homeowners.

See example from the OC register below, Pacific Mercantile is the largest O.C.-based bank, with assets of about $1 billion. It has seven branch offices, including the one in Fashion Island where Zigner banked. Among its board members is George Argyros. The construction loan was ultimately $2.2 million. Zigner says he actually paid about $30,000 more in fees to go with PMB rather than accept other available loans because he felt it important to deal with a bank he trusted.Zigner started building, but he ran into problems. There was a dispute with the city over his plans, which caused delays just as the housing market started to crumble. The potential profit was starting to drain, but it was still there.Zigner also had a separate $200,000 line of credit with the bank, and he started to use that to cover building expenses when the construction loan ran out. Rothenbuehler was aware of this. When Zigner was supposed to pay off his line of credit in April of 2008, the bank allowed him to simply roll it over, even though the contract said it could have taken money out of his other accounts to cover it.When his line of credit came due in April of 2009, Zigner says he was led to believe the same thing would happen again. But it didn't. Rather, a new executive at the bank, chief credit officer Michael Green, had the money owed on the line of credit, about $192,000, taken from his other accounts. Zigner said he had no warning. This so-called "set-off" wiped out Zigner's accounts, and checks drawn them started bouncing.Green, who had been working at the bank two weeks, later told a shocked Rothenbuehler he'd done it "because I could," according to testimony cited by Zigner's lawyer. Zigner said he tried to get Green on the phone, but was unable to."My life went sideways," Zigner says. He couldn't pay contractors, who put a lien on the property. His credit plummeted. The bank foreclosed on the house, but the sale was halted when Zigner sued. Attorney Frank Battaile's argument: The contract might have said the bank could take Zigner's money from other accounts, but the bank's previous behavior and assurances had led Zigner to reasonably believe the bank would not. At least not without notice. Not without trying to work it out.PMB says it did work with Zigner, "extending another loan on numerous occasions for a length of time approximating two years past the initial maturity date." It calls Green's "because-I-could" statement as third-party hearsay and says he only acted after talking to bank counsel.Superior Court Judge Francisco Firmat agreed with Battaile. Two weeks ago, he found the bank had treated Zigner unfairly and had wrongfully converted his money. The judge then left it to the jury to decide damages. By a 10-2 vote, jurors said PMB should pay Zigner $250,000 for his actual loss and a whopping $1.87 million as punishment for treating him with "malice" and "oppression."PMB will challenge the verdict. "We believe that the precedent set forth in this case points to a broader public issue," CEO Ray Dellerba said in a prepared statement. "The case is significant because it involves the integrity of all written agreements, which not only safeguard business, but individuals too. What the court did was create more uncertainty regarding whether a written agreement will be honored."The completed house is on the market for $2.65 million roughly what Zigner owes on it. Meanwhile, he's trying to rebuild his credit. "I can't even get a Target credit card right now."Mickadeit writes Mon.-Fri. Contact him at 714-796-4994 or fmickadeit@ocregister.com

These complaints are from Forclosure Fraudsters

AUTHOR: Fawn - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 16, 2011

These  complaints are from the people we bust for illegally foreclosing on your home.  They are stealing houses and Sean, your probably one of them just like the rest of those against regulatory reform , MFS Responder, report him to the fed. And inform our contacts about him.

Thanks

Sean, this is at the Gov Brown level and the AG has nothing to do with us we don't practice law and we don't provide foreclosure assistance. We are a Financial Intelligence Compliance Agency that works very closely with the secondary market and the Federal Reserve in every state.

Thank you

Ps.
I have already spoken with my general council, and this is what I have decided.  I will be filling a law suit against you tomorrow with every intent of recovering the cost of hiring a reputation defender at the cost of 25 k to address these extremely negative and false allegations.

I suggest you get yourself an attorney.

Christopher Bridwell has done the exact same thing to me and others that I read here. I think Jana is an old girlfriend or someone Christopher paid to write that statement. Please watch out with Christopher Bridwell.

I have dealt with Christopher Bridwell & his company 4MTCompliance & they were the only ones out of the never ending calls, flyers & letters that actually showed a genuine interest & concern. I met with Mr Bridwell to discuss what options that I may still have at that point in time. I had tried so many others in the past few months with either no results, them telling me that if they were to help me that there would be a very large fee just their company to look at any of my paperwork. They want the money up front & that would be just for their company then there would be a few more fees with different amounts due that were a bit high as well. I passed on their offer due to not really being able to afford all of the fees & something just didn't feel right.

I was a bit leery about talking with or meeting with anyone else at that time. I had put off meeting with Mr Bridwell a few times & I had received a call from him one afternoon & he was asking if there was anything that he could help me with to understand the whole process a little better. I told him of the other companies & he said that he completely understood. He talked to me about a few things & gave me a bit of a different view of the steps involved I was also told that this is just a general outline of the process & it would depend on my situation as to what path would be needed at that point. He went on to explain some of the ways that may be taken to get me the help that I desperatly needed then.

He made me comfortable & said that if I was able to meet with him he would do all he could to rearrange his schedule to talk with me because of the place I was in when we spoke was very crucial. He didn't want me to have to go through any more stress that was not needed to handle this. I was able to meet with him later that evening & he was very informative as to what he thinks that he should be able to help me with now that he had more details on my situation.

Mr Bridwell offered to assume my loan & was able to cut the loan amount in half, reduce the terms of the loan to 15 years from 30 years, all with an interest rate of 3.6% interest. The terms of Mr Bridwells offer were better then I had hoped for when I started looking for solutions about six months prior. I was not able to qualify for any modifacation programs that were being offered by the mortage company due to the recent decrease in my personal income.

There were monthly payments that were paid to Mr Bridwells company the first one was applied toward the modified loan that he had been able to offer me with the exact terms & interest rates that were agreed upon. I was not required to pay any fee in advance for any type of processing of my paperwork or for him to be able to see if the banks were able to take my payments or anything of the nature. I have had no issues or problems with Mr Bridwell, his company 4MTCompliance or any of his associates. I have been extremely happy with all the results that he delivered to me as we had discussed. I am now able to have a sense of security once again that my hard work to keep my house was not a total waste. I can now breath a lot easier as well. I have also given friends & some family his information & suggested that they speak with him to see if he would be able to help them with their situations as well. I have heard no complaints from anyone that had gone through him to get their loans modified. To my knowledge only one person had not been able to have Mr Bridwell find a solution to their modification needs due to personal issues that could not be worked out.  I have not heard anything negative from those that I reffered to see Mr Bridwell or anyone that they have suggested to go talk with him as well.

So I am sorry that you had a negative experience with Mr Bridwell & his company.

Good luck to all you with getting your personal situations handled as well & with such a personal touch as I received from Mr Bridwell & his company.

Jana
