I was contacted by Christopher Stevens of B M Real Estate Solutions LLC to provide funding for bank owned properties. He promised to purchase the properties, I would repair them, we would split the profit 50/50. He required $7,000 to provide this service.
I presented several properties for him to buy from the bank with repair bids. I have made several attempts to contact him and only receive his answering machine. I have left several messages without results, contacts ir any word from Christopher Stevens!! he is obviously a SCAM ARTIST who has no intention of providing the service he promised.
