My parents owned a Home on **** Port Orange FL..(on the lake) First I would like to say that when my parents built and moved there in 1989 they were greeted with open arms by the neighbors and community and they loved Port Orange itself. They tried there best to help the community also. I would like to also thank all of you for the recent phone calls and best wishes and information! This is my opinion and the Facts! --

Now to the heart of this letter. For the alleged vandalism they have caused to the neighborhood and to my sisters lot next door, if you witness this again please just call the police next time Thank You! It was a mistake in July 2008 when my parents house was sold to these two individuals with kids. When the home was sold we both understood the back ground checks of two individuals buying it were done by the two Real Estates Co. and the Lawyer. (There Realtor--- Karsten Eylmann Team )We have now learned that they where never checked them out!

Are far as I'm personally concerned the individuals who bought the house are Liars and Swindlers!! There Real Estate couple who was there agents (Eylmann Team) both swore up and down they would pay the mortgage to my sister ... (she is holding the mortgage) To date they have never paid a dime and she is foreclosing on the home now! . .( they did give her a check that was months late and the bank said, you have got to be JOKING!!) This Check is in hands of the State Attorney Office now. (call them if you like -Daytona Beach - check fraud dept.) They are not who they say they are!

My sister is paying for the home owners insurance since day one!! They canceled the Home Owners Insurance the same day they closed on the house? (found out more than 30 days later ) All the Realtors took there money from my sister and ran. The taxes are over due! Where is it going to end?? I have looked them up in Volusia County Court records and found out even more on the web ! (FL and GA etc) Christopher W. Smeresky , Jennifer A. Long -- Jennifer A. Weiss -- Jennifer A. Nelson -- Jennifer A. Long Weiss or what ever name she may have given you?? If you look on the web you will find more than just this?? It seam the two have quite a few evictions also ?

Go to-- www.clerk.org --then click on Search-Public Records then click on Foreclosure Sale Report Then put you name in and click accept -- go to July 24 and click on 2008 33728 CICI then click on Docket -then click on Litigant. Also go to the city of Port Orange. Ask Them? Water Dept, or try the electric company. Everyone has problems. But How Does Law Enforcement Let This Go On and On For Years?? FL Law is letting them prey on people. In my opinion they make there living doing this??
Just Dead Beats --- Swindlers and Conman!!

We left it up to the Professionals and we were let down, to say the least. We are working very hard to have
them removed. The Volusia County Judge has signed the papers and the sale of the house on the County Court House is July 24,2009!!. After that they should be out! Just like you, we want the neighborhood back the way it was, trusting and safe for all. However I do feel bad for there kids and the kids friends. It's to bad the kids don't have a Better Examples to follow!! We can only hope for the best? Again I am Sorry! Thank You for your Patients and Understanding. Christopher was arrested by the Volusia County Sheriff Dept for non payment of child support.$250,000.
I understand Christopher W. Smeresky is out of jail for now? Will he stay out, that's up to him?? --- Update on the morning of July 24,2009 they filed for bankruptcy and stopped the Foreclosure for up to a year. They have not paid a Dime How Can They Get Away With This????? Also more vandalism to the lot next door. (For Sale Sign) Please don't be afraid to call the police when you see something Wrong!!
