Chrysler Jeep Corp. will not honor 7 year drive train warranty Detroit Michigan

took my jeep to eddie accardi jeep at 855-1001 s. federal hgwy.,pompano bch.,fla.33062 for service.when the service was completed and i went to get my vehicle,i was informed that it had broken motor mounts also.as i bought the vehicle from them in april of 2003,i asked about the 7 year drive train warranty,and that shouldn't it be repaired under that warranty.after all the mounts are part of the engine and hold it to the vehicle.the service department informed me that it was not under warranty and that chrysler would not honor it.is this the kind of warranty that may be expected from the auto manufacturers?no wonder chrysler is in trouble.no wonder people are buying foreign.i would think that they would bend over backwards to honor this.would very much appreciate if you would look into this for me.easiest way to contact me is through hot mail address.
