Chyp LLC AKA Securus Payments Unethical, fraudulent, misrepresentation, scam Portland Oregon

Chyp LLC is the most deceptive and lying companies I've ever dealt with. The sales woman that came to my shop for a presentation informed me that if I wanted to use them as my Credit Card Merchant I had to use one of Chyp's approved CC terminal and that I had to lease it. She said the unit I had to lease was top of the line and retailed for thousands of dollars. She said they don't make any money on the lease and It was necessary for me to use them. The CC transaction rates she guaranteed to me are also deceptive and not true.

This is misrepresentation and a scam. The sales person showed me a picture of a terminal and said it was "top of the line" and I would love it and the "amazing technology". I never received the one promised and the unit I received was a Ingencio ICT250 which you can buy on Amazon for $250 new. The lease I signed under false pretenses was for four years at $69 per month + tax (I'm being charged $79.00) . How can a company that claims one of the founders has a Purple Heart lie, be deceptive and charge $3,792 for a $250 unit? Taking advantage of small businesses by gaining trust because one of the owners is a Vet with a Purple Heart is wrong and unacceptable.
