Round 2 with these jokers. I called the sales department to upgrade my plan to a new one and was offered 400 minutes for the same price I am paying now, I will lose 150 min that's ok and the salesman also agreed to free text message for six months since my current service is bad.
I could not resist inquiring about the couresty tracking that mysterically appears to be included with an old plan. Cingular is now tracking my service were I use my phone the most and making sure it does not work. Armed with that information that killed the deal the response from the salesman was bogus the call ended.
I called back and it's a no deal. Customer service is following protocol they don't know what im talking about, and the clown did not put the call in his notes. It's too bad the folks at cingular the new at&t are willing to lose good customers. Cingular does not care about how long you been using the service, Cingular is playing hard ball CSR's are real cruddy.

It's obvious have issues with my cell service that has now been resolve. Sarcastic and insulting comments from Johnnyboy are not needed, he offers no resolution and his opinions are void.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! I have tried several times to respond to L's last posts but they didn't go through. Either there was a problem with the website or a problem with my content (LOL!)
It's quite a reach to think that a company is going to use it's resources in such a manner. Conspiricy Theory is indeed correct. Might even add Paranoia to that lay diagnosis.
L, yours is indeed a world I am more than happy to "step off" of.

Do What??!!??

Conspiracy theorist around the world need to unite and beat the monster down. How dare they track my usage and program all the cell towers in that area to ignore me if I come near them....ok now that I have had my laugh for today. Exactly what proof do you have that this is occurring other than in your mind. And don't tell me to step off you might hurt my feelings.

I saw it for myself and thought it was absurd based on outdated service. But it's there.

Are you saying you wireless carrier is tracking you and purposely preventing your phone from working in the areas you use it the most?
