Cingular Wireless Cingular started charging me for direct download thru Mcube. Didn't order it,they won't cancel it.Called Cingular 3 times already!! On disability can't afford to be ripped off. Nationwide

I started getting direct download bills from Cingular right after the merger.

I called Cingular and asked for an explanation of the charges and told them I did not want the service, that I had not authorized the service and that I was
not going to pay for it. They told me they were going to call an 800 number for me and cancel the service. I was placed on hold while the customer service person was supposedly talking with them and then informed the problem was resolved. Well here it is months later, several calls later and I am still being billed. I am a 60 year old disabled widow. All I wantto do with my phone is make and receive calls. Especially when I need to call for advanced life support to get me to the hospital.

I haven't downloaded anything, I don't even know how to activate my voice mail. I need a cell phone because of my medical condition. I don't even know
what m.cube is. But I don't want it. How can I make it go away? I would like a cell phone plan where I can place a charge on my credit card, use up the minutes and then the plan will recharge itself. I have Tel3 for my home long distance and this is the way their plan works.

When I moved to New York I kept my Massachusetts number so my friends their didn't have to make toll calls. When I go to the local Cingular store
they tell me I have to go to Massachusetts for service. I thought Cingular was a nationwide company. I'm fed up.
