I consider this company as a bait and switch.  They advertise unlimited searches and then charge you for each "direct" search that produces nothing.  I paid $29.95 for a 5 year ultimate pass that promised unlimited searches.  Problem is I put in the name of a known person and requested marriage (1958 didn't put in the year/not required) information so I could get the wife's maiden name and it produced nothing!!  They charged me $5 leaving me a balance of $25 to come back with no information!!  The unlimited searches they promise you are like the ones you get with the ancestry sites that tease you with records found, but you have to pay to see them.  What good are they??  I have called Pay Pal and put in a dispute for a refund, I put in a refund request with Click Bank within 10 minutes after paying.  I filed a report here and with the BBB, and will any other place I can expose their tactics.  They advertise their service in a deceptive way in my opinion.  It will be interesting to see what I have to go through and how long it takes to get my money back.

I finally did receive a refund from Click bank.  They had a refund request that I filled out and they gave me a credit back on my Pay Pal account, not bank account.  I discoved it when I used Pay Pal to pay for another purchase.  Although I still do not like the way they advertise and feel it is mis-leading, I can not complain about not receiving a refund.  I had written a complaint here, with the BBB, and then to the company and Click bank.  Good luck to others hope this helps some of you.
