This company has no Empathy for people when they are going through a hard time,
I myself have told people at this company may times I have no money,
And they say to me I'm sorry we cannot help that, that's your problem
When Mind you my family was in the Tsunami. and they said they did not care,
they need their money . then they ask me to get from my 84 year old Grand father In-law.
Mind you he's a WW11 Veteran. Hes to old for this I'm not going to ask him.
Then they tried to forge my name on collateral, when I my self know i did not put stuff up for Collateral, Mine you the Lady the manager of that company. Said she was going to
Charge it to my Credit. when I have told her my family was in the Tsunami.
As if what I said did not exist or mattered and that really offended me cause,
That's my family who almost could have got killed or hurt.
These people have no Consideration for People if they have family trouble but,
If they were in need of help or have family members in trouble they would want someone to help them not send it to their Credit Bureau. And its like their a little Judgmental, and very
Racial Stereotypical when It comes to the way someone looks. But that did not matter what mattered is that they past due the account $ 169.85 knowing the circumstances and the situation at hand , This Company Has Poor Practices and Very Racial .
I Advise no one to go here this company is very Unprofessional, Say they wish some of my family have died and that pissed me off that was very out of line and unjust and ( Illegal malpractices.
