City Assure - Circuit City Their Database information on Product is incomplete Atlanta georgia

Since circuit city is out of business you can pretty much scrap your warranty. After a nice chat with the representatives of City Assure which use to be Circuity City Advantage, or so they say, they could not locate my product. I would have to find the original ticket number that put it under warranty.

They go on further to state that (soon) they will not have any further access to circuit city databases for look-ups as well. It seems the Circuit City Manager in Millbury Mass., had little difficulty finding my product that had been sent out for warranty repair in November of '08 including the FireDog installations.

Incidently, if you had service performed by Firedog it is no longer certified/warrantied as the only products City Assure supports is the hardware. Of course, that presumes they can find your product which is not a given. It appears, according to the 2 reps I spoke with the transfer of information from CC to them was woefully inadequate.
