I had a girls bill with a balance when i moved in the house she moved out then i moved in and city of garland thought i was a roomate and so they made me pay her bill of over 1000$ beforeâ€‹ i could switch it on in my name i paid 860$ that time so they can turn them on i was without electric for a week and they made me sign a contract that i have to pay the rest of the bill which was 400 so im without lights again ...
