Just opened my Electric bill for March, I understand the monthly charges, What I DON'T get is the MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES!!!! I'm Disabled on limited income. I don't know how I am going to beable to afford the EXTRA $130.00 tagged onto my current bill. I get Utility allowance from Dallas Housing Authority for barley enough to cover our electric bill as it is. I also have a child at home who is 100 percent DISABLED!!!!! I can't afford to be THREATENED by the City of Garland Utilities to have the Electricity turned off!!!!!.
