CityLending Group Promised a loan. Got me for $1814 and then asked for more. No loan. Can't get refund untill March 3rd. Hampton Virginia

This company called me stating I was approved for a $5000 loan. The person whom I talked to was Arthur Duncan. He is at extention 429. I was told that if I sent $900 I was approved for a loan 6% for 36 months. I would not have a payment for 6 months if I did that. I was faxed a contract and given a MoneyGram address to send the money.

A few days later I was called by John Weiser whom told me that there was a problem. My loan was re-assessed by the lender and they would not be able to give me a loan unless I gave another $900 and I would not have a payment for one year. When I asked him if I did this was this a done deal he said yes. So I sent another $900.

On Feb 11th, 2008 John called again and said there was a problem. The lender backed out of the deal. That they would not be using this lender again. If I sent him another $900 he would give me a loan for $10,000. Also that I could not get a refund untill March 3rd. I am asking for the refund obviously. This was my rent money.
