CityWide Home Loans - Tony Pinto False information, created false documents, told me what I wanted to hear, never provided me with correct information. This whole company is a scam. It is unbelieveable that they allow people like this to still be in business. I cant wait until they pass the bill to elimiate all mortgage brokers. How dare you talk like that about Tony???? I can't believe my eyes!!

When my husband and I started the process of getting pre-qualified, he was honest, he checked my husband's credit and straight out told us, that my husband's credit was not good. He told us what to do and we repaired his credit.
It took us almost 7 months for the whole process to be completed. He never created ANY document, he never lied to us, he NEVER did anything in order to make a quick buck on us, NEVER!

Please do not believe the guy who wrote this report , We trust Tony Pinto so much that we introduced him to our friends and now they also own their home.

I am still surprised someone could talk like this about Tony, to believe I needed to make a phone call to Tony because he is helping us refinance our home to a better interest rate, I googled his name just to get the phone number and found this crap! I am sure glad I did, and I am glad I am writing this on Tony's behalf because If it was me reading this 2 years ago, I would have probably believed him and probably be renting still.

I am writing this rebuttal on Tony Pinto's behalf on my own will, no one is paying me a dime to do so. I am writing this because we owe Tony a lot for helping us get our home.

     In know way shape or form was false information created, or false documents created!!  From the begining the borrower misrepresented his income, job history, and overall financial situation. It is one thing for a lender to pre qualify someone over the phone and tell them "everything looks good and you should be ok". It is another thing when the borrower finally sends you their documents  after you have been asking for them for 4 weeks, and you have been under contract for two weeks, and nothing they told you matches any of their paperwork! The borrower is guilty for wasting 3.5 months of my time uncompensated, trying to help this borrower get into a home! I have helped hundreds of borrowers refinance and attain financing for a purchase. I stand behind a solid reputation and repore that I have with my clients. You can't make everyone happy, all you can do is give 110% and try your hardest to provide a service to you client. Thats all I have ever tried to do.
