Civic Center Financial - The Law Office Of Michael Yellin COMPLETE LOAN MODIFICATION FRAUD Los Angeles California

After filing this report initially,I also filed complaints with the California Bar Association against The Law Office of Michael Yellin,and with the California Atty General's Mortgage Fraud Investigative division,and with Florida's Attorney General's Mortgage Fraud Investgative division as well as FLA Dept of Law Enforcement and FLA Senator Bill Nelson's office.After which I emailed all of my actions/complaints to Civic Center Financial's entire staff to include their CEO/Managing Partner and Michael Yellin's office. I received a phone response the same day from Civic Center Financial's accountant that had received my payments made to The Law Office of Michael Yellin.The accountant explained that The Law Office of Michael Yellin had "disassociated" itself with Civic Center Financial in June 2009 and that a new (though unnamed) attorney had been hired.The accountant also explained that Michael Yellin's office still had my money but that since Civic Center Financial could not afford the "bad press" Civic Center Financial "would take it out of their own pockets and refund my $2295.00." I requested that the accountant send a confirmation email to that effect which I did receive several days later stating that a refund would be made 60 days after 7/31/09.To my surprise the refund of the entire amount was in fact deposited to my bank account as of 08/06/2009.I had been contacted by both California's & Florida's Mortgage Fraud units and had forwarded email documentation of all events beginning in February of 2009. I have had to conclude that I misjudged Civic Center Financial's intents and business practices and have now concluded that that firm was also the brunt of a fraudulent action of The Law Office of Michael Yellin.I have shared this info with both state's fraud units.The CEO/Managing Partner of Civic Center Financial has humbly requested personally via email that I rescind my negative & derogatory comments about Civic Center Financial stating that his firm is still working to provide honest financial services to many families which are still struggling through these dark economic times.Based on the rapidity of refunding my money and the straight forwardness of communications from Civic Center Financial's management I have to conclude that they have dealt with me truthfully and fairly. I cannot say that about The Law Office of Michael Yellin.I have never been able to get thru to that office by phone.Michael Yellin's office has never responded to any of my emails and I still have no proof as to the actual existence of that entity.
