CJ Auto Sales Took advantage of a pregante girl,sold a HORRIBLE car to me Riverbank, California

i was 6 months pregante i went by the dealership i looked at a 2000 Dodge Durango. I told Chris that i was looking for a family car due to me having a baby soon and that i would def need something reliable. He assured me that this was the car for me  he said that he just got it in and that it was looked over by his people. I went back the next day to test drive with my mom  they car seemed to be fine but he Def didnt let us Drive it far. I did hear a noise but he said that it was because it had been setting and normally all wheel drives sound like that. Didnt think much of it he again assured me . after i bought the car the noise was still there so i had it looked at . Les swab then let me know that MY SHOCK was just hanging there there was NO BOLT to hold it in place, they then also let me know that my CV axle would need to be replaced. I then tried to contact but no returned calls, then just a few months down the line and my car started over heating . I had a HOLE in my Radiator . I then replaced the raditaor and then when me and my 5 month old baby where driving home from the store I HAD NO BREAKS!!!!!! come to find out my break line was held together with ZIP TIES, because it was NOT properly put on my tire wore a hole in it.  I then found out that FRAME was cracked, there was a lift kit on the car you could see where they cut off the welded on parts. i then tried to contact him , refused to talk to me due to the fact that I signed an AS IS paper. so I am now A SINGLE mom working her butt off with a 6 month old BABY!!!!!! and NO CAR.
