I purchased a new Hummer truck from this outfit 4 years ago. When I paid the loan off, the finance company informed me that the dealer did the paperwork incorrectly and as a result, they don't have the title. I worked hard to pay for this truck and now I don't have an Original Title. When you pay off a vehicle, you are supposed to get a title: an Original Title, blue here in Texas. It is a real pain to have to deal with the DMV to get a title that isn't the Original Title, plus I would never buy a vehicle without a blue title.

This is the last deal I will ever make with Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. I feel ripped off!
