They paid off my loan and bought back my Blazer. They also paid all legal fees.

AUTHOR: Erin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 29, 2004

Classic Chevrolet settled my lawsuit out of court. They paid off my loan and bought back my Blazer. They also paid all legal fees. The only thing I wish they would have done was refund any and all money I had already paid on that vehicle. But I was ready to do anything to get rid of it and not owe anything on the loan. I will never buy an american brand vehicle again.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Erin deceptive car dealers do not like it when I get on the net.

AUTHOR: The Great Thorn - Rip-off Report Consumer Advocate - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 13, 2003

Erin car dealers that are deceptive do not like it when I get on the net. I have some ideas for you.

If you are going to sue this dealer make sure that you GO ALL the way to a jury. If you get lucky to find an attorney that will go up against a car dealer let him or her know that you do NOT want a mediator or that you do NOT want to go to binding arbitration. I feel that you will get screwed if you do.

It seems to me that if you have either they always rule in favor of the guy who has the deeper pockets.

I know of many law suits that were rulled in favor of the dirty dealer even though the victim and CLEAR PROOF of fraud and or forgery. And when the A hole rules in favor of the dirty dealer, you my fellow American are TOAST!

By the way Erin contact your auto lender. Ask them to send you copies of ALL DOCUMENTATION that Classic Chevrolet sent to them when they got your deal approved.

If this car dealer likes to be deceptive, they just might have written in some false info on your credit aplication, FRAUD. Car dealers do this all of the time. Like to see proof? go to this Rip Off Report and read what a Chevy dealer did to this car buyer. Look at the pictures real good.

You also need to inform your auto lender that your dealer never told them of the true condition of the car that they sold you. Call your lender and ask for their fax number, then fax them a copy of your Rip Off Report.

Next, I proudly give you some help that your dealer would not want me to do. Print off one very clear "printer friendly Version" of your Rip Off Report and make sure that your state banking commissioner gets to read it. Here is your state commissioner's contact info.

It is my calling in life to help car buying victims expose the auto industry deception.

I hope that I have helped you in some way. Please read the Rip Off Report that I mention in my posting.
