Classic Floors & Countertops - Philip Young, owner Totally screwed up backsplash tile installation of backsplash tile done by a nurse! Bonita Springs FL

"You are going to get the service you deserve, I promise that!"

This is what the owner, Philip Young, promises verbally on his web site at classicfloorsbonita.com. 

Well, I didn't get that service.  I bought tile from Mr. Young and arranged for his company to install it.  The installation was a nightmare.  The installer is a full-time nurse married to his office secretary and should have never installed the tile. 

Mr. Young and his lead installer Jerry, came to the house and both admitted that the installation was horrendous and had to be redone.  I cannot get Mr. Young to respond to repeated e-mails requesting that this tile be torn out.  At this point, I want a refund which will include payment for my time and inconvenience.  I have yet to entertain in my new home due to the embarrassment of such poor workmanship.
