 Will not respond to inquiries or complaints. Will not return phone calls, but very eager to take your order and money.  Will take your money for expedited shipping but ship it normally and wont refund the shipping charges. Tell you parts are in stock and then wait weeks for them as they are on back order.

Sells brake kits without warning you about what it wont work with, like tall valve covers. Won't take responsibility for making and selling kits without proper warnings for fitment. Will offer to sell you additional parts so you can make your non fitting brake kit work, they'll reccomend the parts for you, only to find out that you need to buy another expensive part because the "fix" will not work with the original part that the "fix" was to correct. After buying all the additional parts to make their "Complete brake kit" work, the brakes wont work correctly because they did not tell you that they make a special tool, or give instruction on how to lock a safety valve or it will trip.

Parts are not the problem, their business culture is. They'll call you pet names (Boss, bro) and promise you the moon. I cannot tell you how much time and money they have cost me simply because they cant ship complete orders, wont ship on time, sell kits without disclosing what they wont work with, recommend fixes that require you to replace what you are trying to fix, and the whole time its all your fault. If you are a professional, you simply cannot trust them to be there in a timely manner, and you can't rely of the kits to fit your car since they dont disclose all requirements up front.
