Classic Performance Parts CPP Front Tubular Control Arm kit 1968-72 Chevelle Placentia California

 One of the slogans they like to use while you are on hold is, We sell parts that will fit exactly like the originals.  Another is your parts are guaranteed for life.  Well, I know first hand the shocks they are selling with the 1968-72 upper and lower control arm kit mentioned in the title do not fit.  They informed me that the sell those with the kit, but they are not made by them and no one checks to see if the will fit the lower control arm.  Their solution to me me was to cut the end open and they will fit then.  They carried no other shock that would fit after a two day wait for them to do their research.  They said, they have sold plenty of these kit with no one complaining about the shocks not fitting.  So just putting the word out to beware of buying parts from these guys that supposedly fit like the originals parts.  Never again.  I forgot about the old saying,"You get what you pay for".
