My credit card statement came in the mail yesterday and there is an unauthorized charge in the amount of $69.99 from classiccloseouts.com.
I have tried to contact the company at 516-538-1616 and all I get is an answering machine.
The one and only purchase that I ever made with this company was back in December 2007.
This company needs to be reported as others have had similar unauthorized charges for $69.99

I experienced the same erroneous charge of $69.99 to my credit card.
I also tried to call the company and left 5 messages with no response.
I looked online to see if others had experienced this problem, many others have.
One person found out that if you remember your user id and password from your previous order, you can go in and delete your credit card number that they keep on file.
Hopefully this will prevent any more erroneous charges.
