ClassicCloseouts.com This company made 2 fraudulent charges on my credit card in 1 week, $69.99 and $79.99 New York New York

I made only one purchase from Classiccloseouts.com back in May of 2008 and I have made no other purchases. I was checking my credit card balances last week and this week as I usually do and to my surprize on 07/25/2008 I found a charge of $69.99 from classiccloseouts.com that I did not make, So I tried to call them and I got a message machine so I left a message, Well they never returned my call so I left another 2 messages and still no reply so I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and my credit card company gave me my money back.

I thought all was good until I checked my credit card again on 08/01/2008 and low and behold there was a new charge from classiccloseouts.com only this time it was for $79.99 another charge I did NOT make, So I called again and still nothing but a machine, So I left a message and you guessed it no return call, So I called my credit card company again and they said they will file another dispute and give me my money back again.

I asked my credit card company what I could do about this and they said to keep doing what I am doing and it will eventually get back to classiccloseouts.coms bank and they will close there account.

In they mean time for each time we file a dispute against classiccloseouts.com with our credit card company they charged classiccloseout.com a $40.00 fee and they will continue to charge them for each dispute.

Classiccloseouts.com has 45 days to respond to our disputes and as long as the charges are made fraudulently then I doubt they will respond. But if they do, They have to prove that you made a charge and as long as the charge was NOT yours then you have nothing to worry about.

So please every time Classiccloseouts.com makes a fraudulent charge on your credit card, Place a dispute with your credit card company immediatly.

And make a note of everytime you have tried to contact Classiccloseouts.com and have received no response in return just in case Classiccloseouts.com tries to dispute your claim. Rememeber it is always a good idea to document everything you do when faced with this kind of a situation.
