Classy Auto False Promises Omaha Nebraska

I was contacted by an individual on Feb. 2009 from Classy Auto about 5 times until he got me, like a fool.

On Feb.23,2009,a smooth talking person with false promises called stating that they had a 100% refund if my car would not sell in 90 days,and that they had auto clubs and buyers for my car. It all sounded great until the 90 days went by. Not 1 call about the vehicle was received in the 90 days so I contacted Jeremiah at 800-320-9557 ext.223 and he told me that yes I would not have problem getting a refund, I just needed to speak to Christian Bradley 800-320-9557 ext 252. I spoke to Mr:Bradley on 6/02/2009 and he told me that I had to go to their website and download a refund request form and mail it in signed receipt requested and I did. U.S.P.S receipt #7009-0080-0001-9489-1596.

They received it on 6/05/2009. I called him several times and all I got was his voice mail. Mr:Bradley never returned my calls or my Emails, so I called back and pretended to be a customer and got a hold of Jeremia then he told me to speak to Greg Simon. I called him on 6/23/2009 his ext. is 207 he told me that he was the manager and that Bradley was on vacation and he was going to look into the matter. Well today is 8/06/2009 and not a word.

It's terrible that we live in such a beautiful country and that we have to be so entrusting of one another.
This experience, all it will do is hurt the next individual that offers me something and he happens to be a stand-up person but won't get my business because some shady Company like Classy Auto took advantage of my Honesty.
