Clean Air Concepts Rip-Off Work at home scam Ripoff Lemont Illinois

This company CONTINUOUSLY posts ads on Chicago Reader saying you can work at home and make a good living. They mailed me the application asking for a $28.00 supply fee and an aditional fee of $6.00, $10.00, or $22.00 for shipping depending on the method.

The company has no phone number you can reach them at. They also say that they do not issue you a 1099 for tax break.

They promise to pay $4.00 for every brochure you send. It says that all the duties include putting the letters in the envelopes and sending them to their customers. But they never send anything and you never get your money back. They promise to give you a refund if you are not satisfied, but they never send any kit to return. As I said this ad is continuously being published on Chicago Reader and authorities don't seem to be doing anything to stop these people. all it takes is a police officer to go and stand by for a few hours for a couple of weeks at the place where they pick-up their mail, and get a hold of whoever that goes and picks up the checks from their mail-box.
