Clean Creative Brian Shadis racist, hates african americans, vile, vulgar, threatening, hates mexicans, threats against latinos, threats against african americans, refused to provide service, homophobic Sherman Oaks California

This horrible individual claimed that they would do advertising and graphic work for my father's business 6 months ago. They were paid 1/2 up front which is standard policy. we were talkin about african american an latino friends in tha community. at first he talkin about the project with what we wanted to do, but then he keep lookin at us strange and givin us smirks.

after being paid, we wait several weeks. but nothin done. i called and ask how project was going and they say they didn't get the money, so they didnt start it and then wanted me to send it again even though I paid them in cash and they said they "didnt remember it"

so I went to their office and they told me it would be several months before they could even start, even though they put in writing and promised they would do the work before the 30th of December.

When I went to they office, the same guy name Brian made passes at me and made fun of my brother who is homosexual. He start making inappropriate jokes and saying that he dont serve no "negroes" here and its his right not to. (but he didn say negroes he say the N word to us).

he go on to make several hurtful comments bout us being black and my brother richard being gay.

I finally had enough and told him i want my money back. he said he cant give it back cuz he spent it already, and said i got no proof he ever been paid since it was cash and he sign some other person's name on my receipt.

he told me i got no recourse and that my brother and mexican friends be nothin but a joke to him to take advantage of.

he say he got friends everywhere and not to come back cause if we do he gonna hurt us.

i left with my brother and didnt go back. 2 weeks later, my brother richard be go down there himself and got beat up by brian shadis when he do. i wanted to make a police report but my brother and i scared cuz this guy got a gun. this racist man stole $500 from me and beat up my brother. please, is there no justice no more?

we dont got much, and he took it all. please, somebody give him karma. we been praying but nothing happen. we didnt get the signs we needed to make money and now we out money for my kids now cause of this and my brother live in fear of going by his part of the city.

i prayin somebody out there get this guy. plz. we just want karma to be settle. thank u and godbless
