Unfortunately, I didn't go to ripoff report when I was first charged by Templateglobus.com back in January. I did go to their website and complained and they did credit me back the money which is minor but they would not answer my question on how they obtained my cc number. I didn't cancel my card at that time and was hit again this time by Libra USA in February.
I didn't catch this charge until July when Clear River LLC. charged me 4.95. Steve from Colorado is correct. This is a small charge scam. The amounts were all under $10. They will continue until you close your card and get a new card with a new number.
So far they have been willing to reimburse me the charges with only minor complaining, however, please file a fraud claim with your credit card company. They have fraud departments, legal teams, and the means necessary to put these thieves out of business.
