In January it will be a year of dealing with this rip-off artist. I am sitting home today waiting for the window repair guy to show. As we all know this won't happen. They replaced all windows in my house. The job was so poorly done in my kitchen that the air blows in from the sides. I didn't pay for that portion of the house either. However- they will not deal with the issue-I must find an independent contractor. One of the windows in my 3 year old room keeps falling down. They eventually came to look at and shoved bubble wrap in the sides. I have a window that the latch will not move. I have had so luck with the manufaturer holding up the warranty. I believe that we should all get together and form a lawsuit. If we go after the manufarurer as well, the would more then likely join us. I am mad and frustrated- it seems like we all are.
