Cleary Financial Group Approved for 10,000 dollar loan,returned calls, moneygram $990 to canada, apparently valid loan document never returned call after Ripoff Troy Michigan

I applied for a 10,000 dollar personal loan. Glenna Milner called me repeatedly to inform me about the approval. I talked to Ms. Milner several times, she told me I had to pay a 990 secure loan fee, because of my bad credit, and I would get it back after 6months of consistant payments. She emailed me the loan documents and told me I had a few weeks to consider. Often, when I called the company it was the answering machine, but she always returned my calls. She also always called from a block number. When I was ready to send off, she gave me the information she would need. She told me to money gram it to Thomas Lancey in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. When I gave her the reference number she told me she would call me to verify the date and time the money would be deposited in my account. this occured on 1/19/07 I was told it would be in my account on saturday 1/20/07 by midnight. I have not heard from her since. My sister researched the company on the bbb and Cleary Financial group came up.
