Cleos vip room Closed account and did not give me my winnings Internet

 I opened and account won $1950 was,so excited told family in my house so family opened an account also turns out it was 1 per ip address , they closed all other accounts They told me it was ok that my account was the only one open and ok d it when I cashed out my $1950 once again they said everything was ok and to go ahead and submit my information I didn't have a bank account so I told them I would go open one I waited the long 12-15 business days to get my winnings for them to tell me they only do wire transfters on Friday Friday came checked my account, nothing so I go on live chat talk to them next thing you know my account was closed, after all my personal stuff was given to them they had the nerve to tell my once again only 1 ip per account. All the other accounts,were shut down by them so what was,the problem I can't believe they did that to me I am furious I kindly asked themail if they can read open my account and they refused , all I want is,my winnings I won fareand square , my family members were not even allowed to play because cleos shut them out anyway.
