I ordered a pair of boots and a purse that I thought would make a great Christmas gift for my mom. She loves Coach, but it is pricey so when I saw this website, I got excited. However, I ordered them over two weeks ago. My bank called to confirm the withdrawal (should have been a red flag for me) but I just thought that it was a unusal high price is the reason for them checking. When I didn't receive any confirmation of shipping, I went back to the site to look for contact information and there was only email as a means to contact! I emailed several times (I should have checked I know), but it never dawned on me. the site appears to be legit and in order. Is there not any recourse? or am I just out of $200 and no gift for my mom?
