It's a rip off, dont pay a dime. here is a letter from one of the many companies that I applyed for. I paid $65.00 for a listing and they wanted me to pay another $25.00 to send out my resume, pluse another $25.00 for 80 or more listings, I am about $120.00 in the whole with no prospects of a job. Here is a copy of one of the many e-mail responces that I recieved from the list of companies they had sold me.      

Hi James and Meredith,

I am sorry to say that Deep Sea Fisheries and its affiliates have never hired Coast to Coast Offshore to find crew members for our fishing vessels so if you are paying them money to find you positions on fishing vessels they were not recruited by us or any of the other 60 companies they are saying they represent.  Basically you are wasting your time and money looking for work through them.  If you call any and all of the companies on the list they provide you you will find that they all say the same thing.  Usually I just toss the applicants that come from Coast to Coast but I thought you should be aware they are taking your money with no actual possibility of employment.

Deep Sea Fisheries

Most of the fishing companies hire in the state they are located like us its Washington state or where the work is  for us and most of the other larger fishing companies thats Alaska. 

I can pretty much guarantee you that most companies will NOT hire someone from out of state sight unseen and they will not pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars to get someone to either place to interview them when there are so many people looking for work here and Alaska as well.
